Booking Process

When booking online via our website and Slick, you'll find a comprehensive list of services with allocated timings tailored to your needs. For any uncertainties, we recommend a FREE consultation to determine the ideal duration for your desired experience. Please note, while we strive to accommodate your requests, specific time slots may not always align with all your needs until we've consulted with you. Prior to your first visit, sharing your hair plans is crucial for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.


Consultation

For new clients or anyone seeking guidance on a change, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This ensures your stylist fully understands your requirements, especially for your initial visit.


Patch Test

Before your first colour treatment or post-Covid, a patch test is necessary due to potential changes in skin sensitivity. You can pop into the salon 48 hours before your appointment for this test or book a slot online.


Timeliness

Punctuality is appreciated as tardiness may impact your appointment and subsequent clients'. If arriving early you're welcome to wait in the salon's comfortable seating area.


Deposits

A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. If you're unable to attend, please inform us promptly. Not cancelling within the designated time frame may result in charges according to our cancellation policy.


Payments

We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards (excluding American Express).


Cancellations

Life happens, but please give us ample notice for cancellations. Charges may apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, escalating for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
